By accessing or using remotefast.co (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who we are

RemoteFast provides a remote job discovery experience: browsing and searching listings, company pages, editorial content, and optional account features such as profiles and paid plans. Contact: hello@remotefast.co or our Contact page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or purchase a paid plan. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Site or other users.

Job listings and third-party content

Job listings and company information on the Site are aggregated from third-party sources or provided by employers. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or still open. RemoteFast is not the employer for listings unless we explicitly say otherwise.

• Apply through the employer's official process. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, application outcomes, or employer conduct.
• External links (including apply URLs) are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave our Site.
• Editorial and blog content is for general information and is not professional, legal, or career advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site in a way that harms performance or violates robots rules, except as allowed by law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Upload malware or interfere with the Site's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
• Circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or security controls

Paid plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed by Stripe. Prices, plan limits, and features are described at checkout and may change. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew until canceled according to the terms shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

Intellectual property

The Site design, branding, software, and original content we create are owned by RemoteFast or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission. Job descriptions and company marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including cookies and advertising partners.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT LISTINGS WILL LEAD TO EMPLOYMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOTEFAST AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemoteFast and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
