About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to help us find and place the world-class AI talent our clients depend on. This isn't a traditional recruiting role — you'll be working at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and product, using Tribe's own AI-powered tooling to source and qualify candidates while shaping how that tooling evolves.
You'll own the full candidate experience: from building outbound pipelines to interviewing for role fit, to keeping hiring managers closely aligned throughout. What You'll Be Doing
Recruiting & Candidate Experience
Source, qualify, and interview candidates for our open roles, primarily in engineering and AI
Assess candidates for technical background and culture alignment before passing them to hiring managers
Stay in close communication with hiring managers, leading weekly pipeline reviews to keep searches on track
Operations & Product
Use Tribe's AI-powered platform to build outbound lead lists, manage pipelines, and qualify inbound candidates
Act as an internal product partner — surface friction, flag bugs, and advocate for improvements directly with the engineering team
Work with our Head of Talent to identify opportunities to automate and streamline the recruiting funnel
Team Collaboration
Share candidates and best practices across the Recruiting team
Help build the playbooks and processes that keep operations running smoothly as we scale
About You
5+ years of work experience, ideally at fast-paced technology startups
2+ years in a customer- or candidate-facing role
Strong communicator who loves meeting people and never misses a follow-up
Operationally sharp — you build systems, keep tidy to-do lists, and create order in ambiguous environments
Curious and creative; comfortable working autonomously when the path isn't fully defined
Genuine interest in AI and how it's reshaping recruiting and knowledge work
Based in Lisbon, PT and excited to work from the office Tuesday through Thursday
